* RV’s MUST be within 10 years old
* There is an extra fee for additional people or pets. We reserve the right to limit the number of people and pets in any RV. Failure to declare the correct amount of guests or pets in party will cause an immediate eviction from the park with no refund.
Reservation & Park Policies:
- Check-In: 12pm, Noon
Check-Out: 11am - Quiet Time / Noise: We ask that guests respect themselves and other guests. We have quiet time from 10pm – 7am.
- Children and Pets: We expect children and pets to be supervised at all times. Our insurance restricts us from accepting certain breeds of dogs. Owners must sign a pet liability waiver.
- Vehicles: One or two vehicles will fit depending on the site. NO MORE THAN TWO VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED.
- Age Limit on RVs: RV’s must be within 10 years old
- Office Hours: 10am – 5pm Monday – Friday, 10am – 4pm Saturday, Closed Sunday
This is private property. Park Regulations apply equally to all guests. Any infringements may result in our termination of your occupancy without refund. Management reserves the right to have rule violators or person/animal whose actions are detrimental to the health, safety, or welfare of other evicted without refund. Deer Valley RV Park owners and employees are not responsible for loss due to fires, accidents, theft, or causes beyond their control. Management reserves the right to make any changes or supplement these rules and regulations as may be necessary and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
